OpenBlend messages and notifications in Microsoft Teams
OpenBlend enables effective, holistic one-to-one conversations between managers and team members. Discussions cover what the employee needs to be happy at work, as well as the employee’s performance targets and deliverables. OpenBlend provides a structured framework which each manager and employee personalize to support their unique relationship and situation.
This app will keep you up-to-date with changes your manager / your team make in OpenBlend, and will remind you about upcoming OpenBlend Sessions.
Also you can add an item to your agenda using the 'add talking point' command.
Once you have an OpenBlend account, use OpenBlend to book one-to-one conversations with your manager. Set the agenda to discuss whatever you want / need, including but definitely not limited to:
• What motivates you and what you enjoy about work (your “Blend”)
• Your performance and development objectives
• Your wellbeing
