Custom-built, Azure-based AI Agent that proactively identifies customers at risk for payment delinquency based on several risk factors, autonomously evaluates and recommends potential treatment plans based on similar customers, creates payment plan options in Customer Information System (CIS) and personalizes and sends messages to customers. The AI Agent operates around-the-clock, autonomously addressing payment issues with most customers before they become issues and that must be handled contact center - saving the Utility from bad debt write-offs and the high costs of customer service handling delinquency-related issues. The AI Agent also has configurable guardrail triggers that indicate when a customer situation must be routed to a human specialist. The Agent comes with pre-built integrations into enterprise systems like IVR/Voice , billing systems, service desk, etc... facilitating implementation and configuration in Azure environments.
