In our 3-day workshop, unify all your customer data across the full range of sources to get a single view of customers in real-time. Here is what will be covered during the 3 days:
Day 1: Overview of Insights A classroom-style session for up to 30 participants, virtually or on-site, to familiarize them with Microsoft ‘Insights’ Products, Customer Insights, and Creating a Customer Insights Instance.
Day 2: Unlocking the Value of Customer Insights Dive into the workshop labs and begin building your customer platform and connect with other applications. Including, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Day 3: Customer Insights Extensibility & Deployment During the final day, participants will complete the final API Extensibility lab and deploy their Customer Data Platform.
