About GPTfy
GPTfy is a Salesforce-native AI platform built by PlumCloud Labs. GPTfy is listed on Microsoft AppSource and the Salesforce AppExchange, and is trusted by enterprise customers in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing to automate data capture and drive AI-powered workflows.
About This Service
Sales reps spend most of their day in Microsoft Outlook, yet a large share of their email, calendar, and task activity never makes it into Salesforce. The result is incomplete pipeline data, thin stakeholder maps, and forecasting that depends on records nobody enters. Studies show that up to 60% of meaningful sales activity goes unlogged when organizations rely on manual data entry.
This 4-week fixed-fee engagement deploys GPTfy Workspace Sync into your Microsoft 365 and Salesforce environments. When the engagement is complete, every Microsoft Outlook email, calendar event, and Microsoft To Do task is captured server-side using Microsoft Graph and intelligently linked to the right Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity in Salesforce. There are no browser plugins or desktop add-ins to install, and reps do not change how they work.
