Modern Work DNA: 5-Wk Assessment

BDO Lixar has developed a Modern Work DNA offer to help clients understand their challenges in the workplace and identify innovative ways to create a more collaborative and productive work environment. The Modern Work DNA assessment was designed to help clients understand their current & future needs and identify gaps to a successful hybrid workplace. The assessment leaves clients with a roadmap to adopt new and efficient ways of working and engaging with employees in a hybrid workplace by making recommendations for within the Modern Work suit of services - Microsoft 365, Microsoft Viva, Share Point and Microsoft Teams.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Current State Assessment - The Modern Work DNA Diagnostic Workshops will include an assessment of your workplace using our DNA model to uncover gaps and challenges in your current work environment and identify areas of improvement.
2. Future State Design Thinking - We will conduct art of the possible sessions focused on the gaps, challenges and opportunities to showcase relevant case studies and develop a list of Microsoft solution options to help organizations create a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Strategy & Roadmap - Working with key stakeholders, we will assess each solution option to measure the effectiveness in the workplace and develop a roadmap based on prioritized key initiatives to enable the future state vision through a recommendation of phase 2 implementations of Microsoft Modern Work tools.
