• Authors without a licence can still edit with the free features, up to 200 nodes and 1,000 flows.

• Marketplace licensing doesn't cover Power BI Report Server, Publish to web, app-owns-data embedding or national clouds.

Runs entirely inside Power BI. No network calls, no external data, no telemetry.
