Granola for Outlook
بواسطة Granola
Automatically notify participants that Granola will be used to transcribe Microsoft Teams meetings.
The Granola for Outlook add-in makes it easy to tell participants that the meeting will be transcribed before they even join the call.
When scheduling a Microsoft Teams meeting in Outlook, simply select “Granola for Outlook”. This creates both a Teams meeting link and a link to Granola’s consent page (called Heads Up) in the calendar invite. When the meeting is about to start, participants first see the page and are informed that Granola may be used.
When automatic Heads Up is enabled for your organization, this add-in creates a Teams meeting and adds a Heads Up link to the Location field automatically whenever you create a new Outlook calendar event.
With Granola’s Heads Up page, hosts no longer have to send a separate email, which often gets missed when people are in back-to-back meetings.
- Notify: Automatically let invitees know Granola will be used for AI note-taking.
- Standardize: Every meeting an organizer schedules follows the same disclosure format.
- Deploy centrally: IT admins can enforce the Heads Up page across the workspace.
The Granola for Outlook add-in is available to eligible Granola Enterprise customers.
This add-in is about letting people know you’re using Granola. We also have Granola for Copilot, which lets you query meeting notes and transcripts via Copilot.
