Who Can Use This App

HiFives for Microsoft Teams is intended only for employees of registered corporate customers with an active HiFives subscription and Microsoft Teams deployment. Self-service sign-up is not available in the Teams app.

Users cannot independently create accounts from within the Teams app. Access is managed and provisioned by the organization.

To gain access, employees should contact their HR team or HiFives program administrator.

Important Account and Access Information

A company-managed HiFives account is required to use this application.

The Microsoft Teams app works only for organizations that:

• Have an active HiFives deployment
• Have enabled Microsoft Teams integration
• Have provisioned employee access to the HiFives platform

Certain features, rewards, campaigns, approvals, workflows, and engagement modules may vary depending on your organization’s subscription plan, configuration, permissions, geographic availability, and internal policies.

Some advanced administration, analytics, campaign management, reward catalog configuration, redemption workflows, or HR operations may be available only through the HiFives web or mobile platforms and not directly within Microsoft Teams.
