Unify T-W1N brings your Unify AI teammate into Microsoft Teams as a conversational chat assistant. Message it in a personal chat or add it to a team channel, and it replies in natural language—ask questions, hand off work, and get updates without leaving Teams.

Who it's for

Teams, startups, and organizations that use Unify (or want to) and want a fast, conversational way to reach their AI teammate in the place they already work. If your team lives in Teams chat, Unify T-W1N puts your assistant one message away.

What it does in Microsoft Teams

• Chat one-to-one or inside a team channel.
• Natural-language questions, answers, and task hand-off.
• Say "Hi", "Hello", or "Help" at any time to get oriented.

This Microsoft Teams app is chat-only. Broader Unify capabilities—such as calendar scheduling, file access, and third-party app integrations—are set up and run separately inside your Unify workspace, and are not performed by this Teams app. This keeps the Teams experience focused on chat.

Requirements and limitations

• Account dependency: Unify T-W1N requires an active Unify account or organization. Users without a connected Unify account cannot use the assistant's features—until this workspace is connected, the bot can only help you finish setup. Sign up for a Unify account.
• One-time setup: after adding the app, connect this workspace to your Unify account using the button in the welcome message. You only do this once. See the Microsoft Teams setup guide.
• Chat-only in Teams (see "What it does in Microsoft Teams" above).
