When people in a meeting do not share a fluent language, someone always loses. Ideas get simplified, quieter voices drop out, and decisions get made by whoever is most comfortable in the meeting language. Hiring a human interpreter is not practical for a daily stand-up or a supplier call.

How it works

Add VoiceBridge AI to a meeting and press Bring interpreter in. It joins as a participant, listens to what is said, and speaks it back to each attendee in the language they chose. Everyone hears the meeting in their own language at the same time, and everyone keeps speaking in theirs.

The app labels AI-generated output and asks you to review anything important before relying on it. It is not a certified human interpretation service and should not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.

Before you start - please read

• A Microsoft 365 administrator must approve VoiceBridge AI once for your organisation before the interpreter can join meetings. The app shows the approval link if this has not been done. It takes about a minute and is needed only once.
• An active VoiceBridge AI subscription is required after the 30-day free trial. Every organisation gets the trial automatically the first time the app is opened.
• Meetings must be scheduled from the Teams calendar. Apps cannot be added in advance to ad-hoc "Meet now" meetings.
• Muting the original Teams audio from the panel requires in-meeting permission granted when the app is installed from the Microsoft Teams Store.
• Interpretation quality varies by language pair and by audio quality. A clear microphone makes a large difference.

Privacy

Meeting audio is interpreted in real time and is not retained. Transcripts exist only for the duration of the meeting and are discarded when it ends. No meeting content is used to train models, and no data is sold. See https://voicebridgeai.ixorasolution.com/privacy
