Sliick Docs turns Microsoft Word into a template designer for Salesforce. Write the document exactly the way it should look - your fonts, logos, tables, headers and footers - then drop in live merge fields from your org and save it back to Salesforce as a template. From then on, Sliick Docs generates finished documents from your records, one at a time or in bulk.

No syntax to learn. The task pane reads your org's real objects and fields and inserts the correct tag at your cursor. Formatting is applied automatically, so currency comes out as $50,000.00 and dates in the format you chose.

What you can build

• Merge fields - any field on the record, or on a related parent up to five relationships away.
• Repeating tables - one row per related record: every line item on an opportunity, every contact on an account, with totals.
• Conditional content - clauses that appear only when a rule is true, including "show only when blank".
• Images and barcodes - logos and record images, plus Code 128 and QR codes generated from field values.
• Built-ins - today's date, the running user's details, and more.

Built for simplicity

Validation runs every time you save: each tag is checked against your org and anything unresolved is listed with a jump-to-location link. A PDF readiness panel warns you before a template produces a broken PDF. Recently used and pinned fields float to the top, and search finds any field instantly.

Try it with no Salesforce connection

The add-in opens in demo mode with sample Account, Contact and Opportunity data, so you can build a complete template - repeating tables and conditions included - before connecting anything.

What you need

To use your own data, you need a Salesforce org with the Sliick Docs managed package installed. Both the add-in and the package are free. Your Salesforce administrator installs the package and enables CORS for OAuth endpoints - two steps, after which authors sign in with their own Salesforce credentials and see only the objects and fields their permissions already allow.

Your documents and Salesforce data never reach Sliick. The add-in talks directly to your own org from your device.
