Pasito is an employee benefits platform that helps companies and their employees with enrollment, decision support, and benefits administration. The Pasito app for Microsoft Teams delivers your company's benefits communications as private 1:1 messages, so employees never miss what matters.

How it works

Your benefits team writes a communication in Pasito, selects Microsoft Teams as the delivery channel, and chooses when it should be sent — on a specific date, around your open enrollment window, or when an employee joins the company. Employees receive it as a direct message from the Pasito bot.

Requirements

• Your company must be a Pasito customer.
• A Microsoft 365 administrator grants one-time admin consent so Pasito can deliver messages to employees in your organization.
• This is a notification-only experience: the bot sends messages; it does not require sign-in inside Teams and does not respond to chat messages.
