Traba Neo is an AI agent that answers questions about your staffing and warehouse operations data, in Microsoft Teams.

Who it's for

Operations, workforce and supply-chain teams who run shift-based labor on Traba — schedulers, site managers, and the analysts who report on them.

The problem it solves

Answering an everyday operational question — how many shifts went unfilled, which sites are trending down on fill rate, what a worker's attendance looks like — normally means opening a dashboard, filtering it, and exporting to a spreadsheet. Neo answers the question where the conversation is already happening.

What it does

• Answers questions in plain English. Ask "how many shifts went unfilled last week?" in a direct message, or @mention Neo in a channel, and it replies with live figures from your Traba account.
• Builds reports and charts on request. Ask for a breakdown — fill rate by region, no-show trends over 30 days — and Neo returns a formatted table or chart inline.
• Delivers proactive insights. Neo can post to a channel when it spots something worth knowing, such as a site trending toward a shortfall.
• Answers "help" any time. Send help in any chat or channel for setup steps and examples.

Getting started

1. Send Neo a direct message in Teams. It replies with a one-time link code.
2. Enter that code in Neo at Settings → Connectors → Microsoft Teams.
3. Ask Neo anything in a direct message, or @mention it in a channel or group chat.

Limitations and conditions

• In order to use this app, you must have an active Traba Neo account. Sign up or contact us for details.
• Each person links their own Teams account to their own Neo account. Neo only returns data that person is already permitted to see in Neo — it does not grant new access.
• Neo answers questions about your Traba operations data. If a request falls outside that scope, Neo says so and points back to what it can help with.
• Personal Microsoft accounts and US Government (GCC / GCC High / DoD) tenants are not supported.
