QX Labs brings your QX AI agent into Microsoft Teams so your team can delegate work where they already collaborate.

What you can do

Message QX directly or @mention QX Labs in a channel. QX replies in the same conversation or thread, keeps context across follow-up messages, and can work with files you attach. Ask questions, request summaries and drafts, research topics, and complete tasks using tools your organization has connected to QX (such as email, CRM, calendars, and document storage).

QX can answer from your organization's Knowledge Vaults with citations from your documents and policies. QX retains context about your team and organization over time to provide more relevant help on later tasks. You can ask QX to run a recurring task on a schedule you specify in conversation.

Getting access

QX requires a platform account and is invite-only. An organization administrator must invite you to QX before you can use this bot. Your QX account must use the same email address as your Microsoft account. Self-service registration without an admin invite is not supported.

Your organization must connect Microsoft Teams to QX and install this bot. An administrator completes tenant setup in QX (Settings → Agent communication channels) and invites team members.

Connected tools and knowledge sources are configured in QX by your organization. What QX can access depends on what your admin has enabled and your permissions.

AI-generated content

QX uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important results before relying on them or sharing them externally. To report a concern about generated content, email hello@qxlabs.com.

Limitations

• In team channels, @mention QX Labs to start a conversation; QX replies in that thread. For private work, message QX directly.
• File handling and connected-tool actions depend on your organization's QX configuration.
• QX works in personal chat and team channels in Microsoft Teams, including standard, shared, and private channels where your tenant permits this bot.
