File any email to the right case in Concerto, without leaving Outlook.
The Concerto add-in for Outlook helps teams keep email correspondence attached to the right
record in Concerto. Users search their live Concerto cases from the Outlook reading pane and
upload the message, with its original attachments, straight onto the case.
It suits organisations that manage customer, property or operational activity in Concerto
and need staff to keep email aligned with ongoing case work without copying information
between systems.
- Search Concerto cases by reference, description or title from the task pane
- Sign in securely to your organisation's Concerto instance
- Upload the email and its attachments to the selected case, stored as EML
- Open the linked case in Concerto directly from the message
Requirements and getting an account
The Concerto add-in for Outlook requires an existing Concerto subscription and a Concerto
user account. Concerto is licensed to organisations rather than to individuals, so accounts are
provisioned by your organisation's Concerto administrator.
If your organisation already uses Concerto, contact your Concerto administrator or Bellrock
support to request access. If your organisation does not yet use Concerto and you would like to
evaluate it, contact Bellrock at support.bellrock.co.uk.
