- Mail - the user's own Outlook mailbox
- Calendar - meetings and events
- People - directory with live Teams presence and contact details
- Sites - SharePoint sites across the tenant
- Policies - a tab pointed at your own policy library
Any tab can be switched off.
Filter, preview and act
- Dynamic refiners: file type, date, source, department and office
- Inline preview of Office files and PDFs
- Share by email invitation or copy an organisation-scoped link
- Paging and sorting on every tab; list, compact or card layouts
Promoted links managed in a SharePoint list
Pin authoritative answers above the results for chosen keywords - the service desk, the expenses policy, the booking form. They are driven by an ordinary SharePoint list, with a publish window and an on/off switch per entry, so content owners manage them directly. No admin centre, no redeployment, no developer. A script is included to create the list.
Security
Every query runs as the signed-in user via Microsoft Graph delegated permissions, so results are always trimmed to what that person can already open. Queries and documents stay inside your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Requirements
SharePoint Online. A tenant administrator must approve the requested Graph permissions under API access. Annual licence key per tenant.
