By providing a simple self-service experience within Microsoft Teams, Aria by Mitie reduces the need for emails, phone calls and separate systems when requesting workplace support.

Using Aria by Mitie in Microsoft Teams, users can interact with ESME, Mitie's AI-powered workplace assistant, to:
