HOW IT WORKS

1. Install TableWealth and open it from the Excel Home ribbon.

2. Walk through the onboarding and link any financial institutions from the collection of 14k+ financial institutions supported by TableWealth.

3. Create a read-only Local Excel Sync connection in your TableWealth workspace and paste the connection key into the task pane.

4. Choose Accounts, Holdings, Transactions, or any combination available to the connection.

5. Select Refresh workbook to write current data into formatted Excel tables.

WHAT YOU GET

By default, you get over 40 fields of information.

• Accounts worksheet—account names, types, balances, and source details.

• Holdings worksheet—current positions, quantities, prices, and market values.

• Transactions worksheet—recent account activity with automated categorization (and supports your own category customization as well).

• Sample workbook data—evaluate all three tables without credentials.

• Repeatable refreshes—replace managed table rows without duplicating worksheets or tables.

• Optional refresh-on-open and interval refreshes while the task pane remains open.

YOUR WORKBOOK, YOUR CONTROL

TableWealth handles the data connection and normalized table structure while Excel handles your calculations and presentation. If you would like to you can keep the analysis, pivots, charts, and custom models on separate analysis tabs and reuse the spreadsheet workflow that already fits you.

REFRESH ON YOUR TERMS

Refresh when you choose, when the task pane opens, or at an interval while the task pane remains open. Select only the datasets you want the connection to make available. If you would like to sync to a cloud spreadsheet, that option can happen automatically within your dashboard.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

All data is encrypted and is not retained beyond what is necessary to provide consistent syncing. TableWealth does not store your bank credentials and does not have access to them. All connections to institutions are read-only and are limited to only what you authorize.

The add-in requests read-and-write access to the active workbook only so it can create and refresh the managed worksheets and tables you select. It does not upload data to TableWealth. The connection grants read-only access to selected information through TableWealth and can be revoked at any time.

HOW TABLEWEALTH IS DIFFERENT

Unlike other offerings that only offer sync through Plaid, Tablewealth integrates with multiple data providers, which means that there is a broad coverage of institutions that may not be supported on Plaid.

Most other bank feed plugins fully ignore stock brokerages, retirement accounts, and investment holdings. Only Tablewealth currently offers a broad coverage and support for investments sync.
