Lemonsoft MCP

Lemonsoft MCP is one of the agents for Microsoft Copilot, bringing your Lemonsoft ERP data into Microsoft 365 Copilot. Ask Copilot in plain Finnish, Swedish or English about your invoices, sales and purchase orders, customers, products, projects, accounting and more — answers come straight from Lemonsoft, scoped to your own organization and your personal access rights.

**What you can do**

- **Sales:** Find recent sales orders, check delivery status, look up won and lost offers, surface outstanding invoices and overdue receivables.

- **Purchasing:** Browse purchase orders and supplier invoices, check supplier deliveries, find unreceived items.

- **Customers:** Search customers and contacts, view recent interactions, look up complaints and follow-up actions.

- **Projects:** Look up project status, phases, project managers and resourcing.

- **Accounting:** Browse the chart of accounts, accounting periods, vouchers and journal entries.

- **Inventory:** Check stock balances, undelivered order rows and item availability.

- **Self-service:** View your own absences, travel and expense reports.

Answers include LemonOnline deep links so you can jump from Copilot straight to the record in Lemonsoft when you need to act on it.

**Built for trust**

- The agent is **read-only** — it never modifies or deletes data.

- Authentication uses your personal Lemonsoft credentials via secure OAuth. The agent sees exactly what you would see when logging in to Lemonsoft.

- An empty result usually means an access-permission restriction; the agent tells you so honestly rather than guessing.
