ThePoint Org Chart turns your Microsoft Entra ID reporting structure into a live, explorable hierarchy on your SharePoint intranet. No spreadsheets to maintain and no diagrams to redraw — the chart is built from your directory, so it is correct the moment someone joins, moves, or changes manager.
Built for HR teams, internal comms, and anyone onboarding new starters who need to answer "who does what, and who do they report to?". Place it on the intranet home page, a department site, or an HR hub, and let people explore the organisation for themselves.

Privacy and permissions
This package contains a single SharePoint Framework (SPFx) client-side web part, provisioned with one capability — SharePoint Web Part. It does not include any Microsoft Teams components or app.
The web part requests the Microsoft Graph User.Read.All permission, which a tenant administrator must approve. This is required to read the directory's reporting structure — each person's manager, direct reports, job title, and photo — which is the data the chart is made of. Everything is read in the signed-in user's context, nothing is written back to the directory, no SharePoint lists are created, and no data leaves your tenant or is sent to any external service.
Licensing
A paid licence key is required for full functionality. The app runs in trial mode without a licence key; a trial banner appears above the web part and is removed once a valid paid licence key, purchased from ThePoint, is entered.
