Take action across Microsoft 365 with an AI assistant in Microsoft Teams
Microclaw is an AI executive assistant for Microsoft 365, built for small businesses and busy professionals who do not have an IT department. It works inside Microsoft Teams: ask in plain language and Microclaw takes action across your Microsoft 365 - email, calendar, tasks, files, contacts, and more - in a single conversation. It does the work instead of just telling you how to do it.
What Microclaw does for you:
- Email: triage your inbox, summarize long threads, draft and send replies, forward, and follow up.
- Calendar: see your schedule, create and reschedule meetings, and get a morning briefing.
- Tasks: capture to-dos and create or complete tasks across Microsoft To Do and Planner.
- Files: find, summarize, and organize documents across OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Teams: read and send messages and catch up on your channels.
- Automations: set up rules in plain English, such as "when I get an email with an attachment, save it to OneDrive" - no flow builder and no IT required.
Who it is for:
Small teams and individual professionals (typically 1 to 100 people) who use Microsoft 365 and want an assistant that takes action, not just one that chats.
You stay in control:
Microclaw signs in as you and acts only within your own Microsoft 365 permissions. Read access is on by default; every write action is permission-gated and confirmed with you. You manage exactly what Microclaw is allowed to do from the Settings tab.
AI transparency:
Microclaw uses artificial intelligence (Azure OpenAI) to understand your requests and to generate responses and content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, so please review it before you rely on it or send it. To report objectionable or inappropriate AI-generated content, email support@microclaw.app and we will respond promptly.
Account requirement:
In order to use this app, you need an active Microclaw subscription (available through Microsoft AppSource) and a Microsoft 365 account. To get started or for help, contact our support team at support@microclaw.app.
