Yealink Space seamlessly connects enterprise spatial data with an intuitive employee wayfinding experience. It is available across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. Once administrators configure the workspace hierarchy and floor plans in YMCS, employees can easily locate and navigate to rooms, desks, and other workplace destinations.

Core Feature Highlights

Reservation-based Navigation:

Automatically synchronizes meeting room and desk reservations, allowing employees to navigate directly to their reserved workspace with a single tap. (When creating an event, make sure select the corresponding room via the Add room or location field then it can be synced)

Cross-floor Intelligent Routing:

Supports seamless navigation across multiple floors with intelligent path planning, obstacle avoidance, and interactive 2D/3D map visualization.

Real-time Workspace Visibility:

Keeps workspace availability and occupancy status synchronized between YMCS and Microsoft Places, helping employees make informed workspace decisions.

This app is ideal for hybrid workplaces with shared workspaces, enabling employees to easily discover and navigate workplace resources while improving overall workplace efficiency.

In order to use this app, your Microsoft 365 administrator must contact Yealink Support (https://www.yealink.com/en/contact) to register your organization on the YMCS platform. Once registration is complete, the administrator must configure and maintain your organization's floor plans in YMCS.
