Contro1 lets reviewers receive and answer Contro1 approval requests in Microsoft Teams.

What it does

Contro1 is an enterprise human-in-the-loop platform for reviewing and approving requests before important actions continue. The Microsoft Teams app gives assigned reviewers another way to receive and answer those requests.

When a request is created in Contro1 and assigned to a reviewer, that reviewer can receive the request as a card in a personal Microsoft Teams chat. The reviewer can click Approve or Reject in Teams. Contro1 then records the decision and updates the Teams card with the final result.

Requirements and limitations

In order to use this app, you must have an active Contro1 account. A workspace admin must connect Microsoft Entra in Contro1 and invite or link each reviewer as a Contro1 operator. Each reviewer must open the Contro1 app in Microsoft Teams once so Contro1 can link the personal Teams chat. This Store version supports personal chat only.
