Phaidra Prism's app for Microsoft Teams lets you ask questions about your facilities in the moments they matter most. When you tag @Phaidra Prism in a conversation, it quickly delivers answers in the thread, explaining events or performance issues with no context switching. Your colleagues are also able to follow along and continue the conversation, collaborating on issues with you and getting answers faster.

The app can also deliver notifications for Insights directly into the Microsoft Teams channels you choose, allowing you to investigate and resolve issues sooner.
