Glow Security Assistant brings Glow's security conversations into Microsoft Teams, so your people can be reached in the tool they already use every day. Glow is a platform that helps organizations find and resolve security issues across their applications, identities, and endpoints.

What Glow Security Assistant does in Teams

• Glow Security Assistant sends a member of your organization a direct message when a security issue involves them, such as an unapproved application or a risky browser extension.
• The employee replies in the Teams chat. Glow Security Assistant asks follow-up questions, collects business justification, and confirms next steps.
• Conversations close automatically once resolved, or are handed off to your security team when further action is needed.

Who it's for

Organizations that use the Glow security platform, and the employees within those organizations who need to provide context or act on a security finding.

Account requirement

Glow Security Assistant requires an active Glow account and works as a companion to the Glow platform; it does not function on its own. Security findings and conversation workflows are configured and triggered by your security team in the Glow web application. Glow Security Assistant is solely the channel through which employees are contacted and respond.
