Writford for Outlook

WHAT IT DOES

File email to a matter. Pick the matter and the message, its sender, subject and date, is filed against that case file in one tap. Writford also suggests the matter it most likely belongs to, based on the sender and subject, so filing is usually a single click. A "Filed" badge then shows on the message so you can see at a glance what has already been recorded.

Summarise a thread. Get a short, plain-English summary of a long email chain: key facts, dates, what is being asked, and any legal implications.

Extract action points. Pull the genuine action items out of a message as a checklist, with who and when where the email states it.

Draft a reply. Generate a professional first draft in the Outlook reply composer, ready for you to review and edit. Writford never sends email on your behalf. You always review and send.

Grammar and translate. Tidy the wording of a draft, or translate a message you have received.

REQUIREMENTS

A Writford account on a plan that includes the Outlook connector. Sign in from the task pane with your Writford email and password, or seamlessly with your Microsoft account where your organisation has linked it.

Works in Outlook on the web, Windows and Mac, for both Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com mailboxes.
