The Blackbaud Agent brings Raiser's Edge NXT Chat for Blackbaud AI features into Copilot, giving users a seamless way to access familiar capabilities without switching platforms. It's designed to enhance workflows for those already working in Copilot, keeping the experience consistent and easy.

You can ask Copilot questions or give instructions related to your Blackbaud data, for instance:

"Find Robert Hernandez's contact information and latest gift.'

Copilot will then fetch the answer or complete the task by securely calling Blackbaud's tools behind the scenes.
