INDEX EVERYTHING
One click indexes every file attachment across your mailbox - file names, senders, dates, and sizes (never the file contents). Choose how far back to look, up to a year.
VERSIONS, UNTANGLED
Copies and revisions of the same document - v2, FINAL, draft, (1), dated copies - are grouped into one lineage, newest first. "Which is the latest?" finally has an answer.
FIND AND OPEN
Search by file name, sender, or subject. Expand a document to see its version history, and open the email that carried any version with one click.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN - WE COLLECT NO DATA
This add-in collects no data. None. No accounts, no analytics, no trackers, no publisher server. It uses a single READ-ONLY permission (Mail.Read, restricted to your own mailbox) via Microsoft Graph - Microsoft 365's own service - so your email never leaves the
Microsoft 365 boundary and is never seen, stored, or shared by us. Grouping is simple deterministic logic in your own Outlook client - no AI service ever sees your email, and the add-in cannot modify or send anything.
WHO IT'S FOR
Anyone whose documents live in email - project teams, contract and records staff, government workers, lawyers, accountants, and everyone who has ever scrolled months of mail hunting for the right version of a file.
HOW TO USE
1. Open any message and click "Attachment Librarian" on the ribbon.
2. Click "Index my attachments" (first run: sign in and consent - one time).
3. Search, expand, open. Done.
