You asked someone for something. They never answered. Outlook doesn't track that - so you

Waiting On adds one button to the Outlook ribbon. Click it, and you get a list of every email you sent that asked a question or requested something and never received a reply - aged like receivables, longest wait first.

FIND THE UNANSWERED

The pane scans your own sent mail (you choose how far back) and flags messages that asked for something - a question, a "please review," a document sent for signature - where no reply ever came back on the thread. Automated and no-reply recipients are filtered out.

CHASE WITH ONE CLICK

"Draft nudge" creates a Reply All draft on the original thread with a short, polite follow-up note on top and the original message quoted below. You review, adjust, and send.

Nothing is ever sent automatically.

DISMISS WHAT YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT

Not every unanswered email needs chasing. Dismiss a conversation and it stays hidden from future scans.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN - WE COLLECT NO DATA

This add-in collects no data. None. There are no accounts, no analytics, no trackers, and no publisher server. Detection is simple deterministic logic - no AI - that runs entirely in your own Outlook session against Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365's own service, so your email never leaves the Microsoft 365 boundary and is never seen, stored, or shared by us.

The add-in uses a single delegated permission (Mail.ReadWrite) restricted to your own mailbox. Unlike follow-up subscription services, there is no third party reading your mail.

WHO IT'S FOR

Anyone who asks for things over email and can't afford to let them slip - project leads, coordinators, agency and government staff, sales, procurement, and anyone who has ever said "just following up on this" three weeks too late.

HOW TO USE

1. Open any message and click "Waiting On" on the ribbon.

2. Click "Find replies I'm waiting on" (first run: sign in and consent - one time only).

3. Review the list, draft nudges with one click, dismiss the rest.
