ISVapp

ISVapp is the usage analytics and customer success platform for Salesforce ISV and OEM partners, turning analytics data into insights on license adoption, account health, churn risk, and trial engagement. ISVapp for Microsoft Teams connects the ISVapp notification center directly to your Teams channels, so those signals reach your sales, customer success, and product teams where they already work.

It allows you to receive usage-based alerts as messages in the Teams channels you choose, and monitor license adoption, account health changes, and trial engagement without leaving Teams. This way, your team never misses a critical usage event.

HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE TEAMS

Add ISVapp to a team to start receiving notifications in that team's channels. Notification rules — defining which events trigger a notification and which channel receives it — are configured in the ISVapp web application. The Teams app delivers one-way notifications only: it posts alerts into your channels and does not read messages, files, or other content from your Teams environment.
