Benivo Mobility Intelligence (Benivo MI) brings your relocation assignment data directly into your Microsoft 365 workspace, giving global mobility professionals and international assignees fast access to the information they need without switching tools.

Supported clients: Benivo MI is available as a personal app across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 — use it wherever you already work.

Key features:

• MI Tab – A personal tab with a conversational interface for exploring your move data. Ask questions about your relocation package, assignment timelines, cost estimates, and supporting tasks. Live data is retrieved from Benivo's backend and displayed inline.

Who this app is for: Benivo MI is for employees on international relocation assignments and the global mobility teams who manage them.

Portability: Some actions may open the full Benivo web application in your browser for experiences that extend beyond what is available within Microsoft 365.

External services: Benivo MI connects to Benivo's backend systems to retrieve your assignment data. AI responses are generated using OpenAI's language model API, subject to Benivo's privacy policy and data processing agreements.

AI and content generation: Benivo MI uses AI to answer natural language questions about your relocation data. Responses are grounded in structured data from Benivo's backend systems and may occasionally be imprecise — always verify critical information with your mobility team.

Benivo is responsible for all AI-generated content served through this application. AI functionality is used solely for mobility-related questions and answers; it is not used for unrelated purposes.
