CloseCore Close Management

CloseCore Close Management helps accounting and finance teams run a faster, more controlled month-end close. Controllers, accounting managers, and staff accountants use CloseCore to manage close checklists, account reconciliations, and variance (flux) analysis, assign preparers and reviewers, leave and resolve review notes, and track sign-offs across every entity and period.

What you can do from chat:

• Get notified the moment a checklist, reconciliation, or flux task is assigned to you.
• Receive review-note assignments, replies, and status changes in real time.
• See when tasks are ready for your review, plus due-this-week and overdue reminders.
• Be alerted when an account falls out of balance.
• Sign off on tasks directly from an adaptive card, without leaving the conversation.

Account dependency: CloseCore Close Management requires an active CloseCore account. It is a companion to the CloseCore web application and does not replace it. New users can get started, view help and documentation, or contact us to request access.

Limitations: The app runs in personal scope (1:1 chat) only and does not support channel or team scope. You must connect your CloseCore account from the bot's welcome message before notifications can be delivered. The bot is notification- and sign-off-focused and does not accept free-text chat commands.
