Alfrodin for Outlook

• Archive emails - upload an email together with its attachments straight from Outlook into an Alfresco folder. One click, fully filed - and individual attachments of archived emails can be opened later, right from Alfrodin.
• Send from Alfresco - insert an Alfresco document into a new email as an internal link, a public share link (with optional expiry), or a file attachment - or attach documents to the email you are already composing.
• Email signatures - centrally managed company signatures, stored in your own Alfresco. Built from ready-made blocks, assigned through Alfresco groups, and inserted automatically into new emails and replies. Multilingual and campaign-capable.
• Browse & navigate - a full folder browser with breadcrumb navigation; reach all your Alfresco sites without leaving Outlook.
• Upload & manage - upload files, create folders, rename, copy, move, delete, and download folders as ZIP.
• Drag & drop - drop emails or files straight onto an Alfresco folder to file them.
• Full-text search - search your entire Alfresco repository and find documents by name, content, or metadata.
• Document preview - view documents, images, and PDFs without downloading them, including zoom.
• Document details - view properties, versions, and metadata, and check documents out and in.
• Public links - create shareable links for external collaboration, with optional expiry dates.
• Workflows - view, claim, approve, and complete Alfresco review-and-approval tasks from inside Outlook, and export an approval report as PDF.
• Wiki - read and edit your Alfresco Share wikis, with full version history.
• Blog - read, write, and comment on Alfresco blog posts.
• Smart Alerts - an optional reminder to file an email in Alfresco when you send it.
• Favorites & recent - quick access to your most-used folders and files, synced with your Alfresco favorites, plus a recent-activity feed.

License required. Alfrodin is a paid add-in. Using it requires an active Alfrodin subscription - available through Microsoft AppSource or directly from Matthias Bauernberger Software - and access to an Alfresco Content Services repository, which is not part of this offer. Every new subscription starts with a 30-day trial period; after that, a paid seat is required per user. Reviewers and evaluators receive license keys on request from office@mbasoft.at.
