My Meetings Dashboard is a modern SharePoint Framework
(SPFx) web part that brings all your Teams meeting recordings, transcripts,
and attendance reports into one place directly inside SharePoint, Teams,
or Outlook.
Every meeting ends and then begins a different kind of work. Did someone
share the recording link? Which Teams channel was it posted in? Where is the
transcript? Who actually showed up? My Meetings Dashboard
answers all of those questions without leaving SharePoint.

get one-click access to the meeting recording and full transcript with
speaker names and timestamps directly from the meeting card.
- Search Across All Meetings: Every attendee (not just
the organizer) can search by meeting name to find meeting and access its recording.
- Attendance Reports: See exactly who attended and how
long they were present, without leaving SharePoint.
- Meeting Stats Strip: At-a-glance summary of today's
meetings, hours in meetings this week (with trend vs. last week), upcoming
meetings, and average meeting duration.
- Week Calendar Navigation: Browse meetings by week with
per-day tabs; days with meetings are highlighted for quick scanning.
- Live Join Button: Active and upcoming Teams meetings
show a Join button so users never miss a start.
- Recording Expiry Management: Organizers can update the
retention date of any recording directly from the dashboard no admin
portal required.
- Flexible Layout: Toggle between 3 or 4 cards per row
to suit your screen size.
