Log decisions against your objectives as they happen. Each entry captures the commitment, the options considered, the rationale, and the expected outcome. Nothing gets lost in email threads, slide decks, or people's memories.

AI Reasoning Agent
Before a decision is accepted, an AI agent challenges it against structured criteria: Are options documented? Is the rationale sound? Is the commitment specific and owned? Weak entries are challenged in a structured dialogue and must meet the standard before acceptance.

Meeting Brief
Before each review meeting, generate an AI-powered brief covering what needs attention, objective health, and a suggested agenda based on your live data — not generic summaries.

Referee

Synthaize Org runs natively inside Microsoft Teams tabs with full Azure Active Directory single sign-on — no separate login, no password management. Synthaize Org is currently available for Microsoft Teams only and is not supported in Outlook or other Microsoft 365 applications.

LIMITATIONS
Synthaize Org requires a self-hosted deployment configured by your organisation's IT administrator on Azure or your own cloud infrastructure. It is not available as a cloud-hosted SaaS service. Production use requires a paid annual organisation licence. A free, time-limited demo account with sample data is available to organisations on request. An active Microsoft Teams licence is required.
