Buuky is a desk-sharing solution that enables organizations to easily manage their office space and resources.\nIt allows employees to reserve seats and office materials directly in Microsoft Teams – the collaboration environment they already use every day. Instead of switching between tools, employees can quickly manage their bookings with just a few clicks in Microsoft Teams. They can view an interactive map of their office to see where their coworkers are sitting and which seats are available, and book their own seat accordingly. They can also search for employees across offices and floors. For organizations, Buuky provides better visibility into how office space is being used. Various insights, such as occupancy rates across locations and floors, can be accessed in Buuky.

Buuky is primarily designed for small and medium-sized organizations with flexible work environments. There is a free trial of Buuky for the first 30 days. After that, there is a fee for use. For more information, please see our pricing model.

Before using Buuky in Microsoft Teams, your organization needs to sign-up for an Buuky account online. In addition, Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) must be configured in the administration section of the Buuky website. Afterward, employees can use the Buuky app in Microsoft Teams with automatic user login. The initial setup, including workspace configuration and administrative settings, can be completed either on the Buuky website or in the Buuky app within Microsoft Teams.
