Filemail

Filemail for Outlook lets users send large and sensitive email attachments securely without leaving Outlook.

Instead of sending files as regular email attachments, users can attach files as usual, open the Filemail add-in, choose Send encrypted, set an encryption key, and let Filemail upload the files as an encrypted transfer. The add-in then replaces the attachments with a secure Filemail download link in the email.

The email itself is still sent from Outlook, so the workflow feels familiar to the sender and recipient. Recipients receive the email in their inbox, open the Filemail link, enter the encryption key, and download the files in their browser.
