Document Automation Lite for Outlook helps users download file attachments from one or more selected Outlook emails as a single ZIP file.
The Lite version works through Outlook and the browser. It does not require a Windows helper, desktop companion, localhost service, or external installer. Users select the emails they want to process, open the add-in, and click Download ZIP.
The add-in uses Microsoft sign-in and Microsoft Graph permissions to access attachments from the emails selected by the user. A trial is created automatically on first use. After the trial period, an active subscription is required to continue processing selected emails.
For organizations that need direct saving to local or network folders, Steek-IT also offers Document Automation Pro for Outlook separately outside Microsoft AppSource.
