ISO 19650
بواسطة Flinker GmbH
Apply ISO 19650 naming, metadata, approvals, and CDE governance in SharePoint.
ISO 19650 helps construction, engineering, infrastructure, and asset-owner teams manage project information in SharePoint. Keep files consistently named, make sure important details are complete, manage reviews and approvals, and check who has access, all within Microsoft 365.
Make project information easier to find and trust
Set clear naming and information rules for each document library. Choose which details are required, which values people can use, and how files should be named. The app applies the same rules when people add or update information, so every team follows one agreed standard. Find missing or incorrect information before it is saved.
Spend less time updating document details
Save time when updating documents. Select several files and Fill properties can read their names, suggest the right information, and show anything that needs attention. Review and correct the suggestions before saving them to SharePoint. Where renaming is enabled, bring file names into line with your project standard in the same workflow.
Keep document reviews moving
Manage document reviews from the library. See the current status of selected files, send them for approval, and approve or reject them together when their approval state and your permissions allow. Use your library's designated reviewers to keep the review process consistent.
See which project workspaces need attention
Check who owns them, how widely they are shared, when they were last used, how much storage they use, and whether they are locked, where that information is available. Reuse approved naming and metadata rules across similar project libraries to keep teams working consistently.
Know who can access your project information
Understand who can access project information. Review access for sites, libraries, folders, and files, including guests and sharing links. Export the loaded results to Excel for reviews or audits and, when needed, correct access from the app. Update eligible access entries together and add group access from validated Excel templates.
Free reviews and paid editing
Workspace and permission reviews, Excel export, and previews of document rules, properties, and approval status are available without a paid license. To use the editing features of this app, you need an active, paid ISO 19650 license from Flinker. This covers permission changes, Excel group-access imports, saving metadata and naming rules, property updates, file renaming, and approval actions. Contact support@flinker.app for licensing.
Getting started
Use ISO 19650 from SharePoint document libraries, SharePoint pages, or Microsoft Teams. Requires a Microsoft 365 work account, SharePoint Online, and installation by your administrator. People can only see or change what their existing SharePoint access allows. Metadata and approval tools run in SharePoint document libraries. Metadata updates require configured library columns and rules; approval actions require configured reviewers and compatible file selections.
The app includes a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) ListViewCommandSet extension for modern lists and libraries and a client-side web part for SharePoint pages and Microsoft Teams tabs.
