**Flint Learning Solutions** helps employees build on-the-job skills through conversational coaching **within Microsoft Teams**. You chat with your organization’s Flint coach, complete a short profile and confidence check-in, then walk through a structured practice activity (for example, asking a colleague for useful feedback or preparing for a customer conversation). Activities are authored by your learning team; the coach adapts prompts to your role and answers so you can practice without leaving Teams.

**Who it’s for**

Employees at organizations that have partnered with Flint to deliver Flint learning content. If your tenant is not provisioned for Flint, you may see a short demo experience instead of production assignments.

**Why use it in Teams**

- **Stay in flow** — complete coaching steps where you already work, in a one-to-one chat with the coach.

- **Fit your context** — the coach tailors examples and follow-ups based on how you describe your role.

**Artificial intelligence (AI)**

The coach uses AI to generate conversational guidance and activity steps. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete; use your judgment and follow your organization’s policies. Your employer’s Flint administrators configure what data is available to the service.

**Requirements and limitations**

- Your organization must provision Microsoft Teams users to Flint and assign activities; this listing does not replace your employer’s enrollment.

- Core learner workflows run in **chat** only in this Teams experience. Manager and administrator tools may be available separately in the Flint web experience—contact your learning team or [Flint support](mailto:support@flintls.com) for access.

- Outbound links (for example, orientation media) may open in your system browser.
