Get Started:
- On first login, navigate to the Setup tab to authorize Graph permissions.
- Define the user group authorized to bypass approvals and create Microsoft Teams workspace directly (all other users will be routed through the approval workflow).
- Go to the Administration tab to designate your list of approvers.

Account Requirements, Sign-up, and Limitations:
Requests operates on a Freemium model. The free tier gives you full access to all features with a limit of 5 Microsoft Teams workspace creations per month per tenant. To sign up for a license and unlock unlimited requests, use link in Administration tab (or contact us).
