Immuta AP is a notification integration that connects your Immuta AP account with Microsoft Teams. Once configured, it delivers timely alerts and updates about data access activity directly to your personal notifications in Microsoft Teams.

Immuta AP for Microsoft Teams is designed for two primary audiences. Data stewards who manage and govern access to data assets will stay on top of incoming requests and pending approvals. Data consumers who request access to data will gain real-time visibility into the status of their requests.

Managing data access workflows across separate platforms creates friction and delays. Immuta AP for Microsoft Teams eliminates the need to switch between tools by surfacing critical access notifications directly within Microsoft Teams. Data stewards can respond to requests faster, data consumers gain immediate transparency into where their requests stand, and teams spend less time context-switching between platforms. All of this happens within the collaboration tool your team already uses.

This integration is exclusively for customers using the Immuta platform with a tenant located in Immuta's AP global segment. It is not required that users be located in the AP. Users outside this global segment may not have access to all features. Notification delivery depends on your Immuta account configuration and permissions, and users will only receive notifications relevant to their role and data access activity.
