Limitations & Dependencies

An active EZO AssetSonar account is required to use this app. This app does not provide standalone helpdesk functionality without an AssetSonar subscription. Full IT asset management, reporting, and advanced configuration are available in the AssetSonar web application and are not part of the Teams app experience.
