AI-Generated Content

Shiken's coaching answers, quiz questions, explanations, and summaries are

generated by artificial intelligence. Every AI-authored message in Teams is

clearly labelled as AI-generated and may not always be accurate, so please

verify anything important.

the Report content button shown on every AI reply, or email

investigate.

Getting Started

Your organisation admin connects Shiken to Microsoft Teams via the Shiken

dashboard under Settings > Delivery Methods. Once

connected, learners can chat with Shiken in a personal chat, or add it to a

team and @mention it.

An active Shiken organisation account is required. Visit

Limitations

Some advanced features, including course creation, analytics dashboards, and

admin settings, are available only on the Shiken web app at

https://shiken.ai.
