Folder Suggest puts the right folder next to every email. Work through your recent mail as a list, where each message already has a suggested folder, and approve, change or skip it. Or get suggestions for the email you're reading. Either way, one click files it, and undo is one click away.

A note on permissions

Folder Suggest reads the open email and your folder list to generate a match, and uses Outlook's standard interface to move it. The matching runs locally: no email content, subject line, or folder name is ever sent to our servers. Requirements

• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, or a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live). On-premises Exchange is not supported.
• Outlook on Windows (classic or new), Outlook for Mac, or Outlook on the web
• Internet connection on first use to download the AI model (cached permanently after)
