ECHO Pulse brings team wellness tracking directly into Microsoft Teams — no need to leave your workspace.
How it works:
Type "checkin" for a 15-second daily pulse check across 5 wellness vectors (Energy, Focus, Social Battery, Anxiety, Satisfaction). After each check-in, you receive a personal mood reflection with a unique daily haiku.
What you get inside Teams:
• Real-time Team Pulse — see anonymous team energy levels instantly
• Personal Stats — view your 7-day trends, patterns, and weekly summary
• Weekly Digests — automatic reports with team trends and insights (default: Fridays, configurable via settings)
• Morning Reminders — daily check-in prompts (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM) with timezone support
• Privacy-first — team only sees anonymous averages, never individual check-ins
Accessed via web (outside Teams):
• HR Dashboard — managers get burnout risk alerts, retention signals, and weekly culture reports. Accessible through a secure link generated by the "admin" command (available in a direct chat with ECHO Pulse, admins only).
• Your Account — export your data, manage preferences, and connect across platforms at https://findyourecho.app
The core Teams experience — check-ins, team pulse, personal stats, digests, and reminders — works entirely inside Teams without switching apps.
An active ECHO Pulse account is required to access the HR Dashboard web view. The core Teams experience works immediately after setup.
