Access to information requests
Manage FOI, ATIP, and GDPR access requests end to end. Capture responsive records from Microsoft 365 — SharePoint documents and lists, OneDrive, Outlook email and calendars, OneNote pages, Teams chats, even Copilot interactions — assign searches to custodians, and track statutory deadlines with clock pauses and extensions.
Rich redaction & disclosure
A full redaction studio in the browser — no desktop tools required. Tag each redaction with its primary and fallback exemptions, find-and-redact across all documents at once, let live patterns catch documents added later, and reuse prior requests' redactions. Produce a burned-in disclosure package with a defensible exemption manifest, and round-trip with Acrobat via XFDF.
Privacy & AI impact assessments
Run PIAs and Algorithmic Impact Assessments on one configurable engine — screeners, section delegation, an embedded risk register, review workflows, and a regulator-ready summary. Each assessment anchors to a durable program/system record with its GDPR Article 30 ROPA.
Breach, complaints & risk
Log a privacy breach in seconds: risk-of-harm evaluation drives a live notification calculator — who must be told, by when, with what. Track complaints and appeals on their own statutory clocks; govern it all in an ISO 31000 risk register with KRIs and signed, expiring acceptances.

Built on Microsoft 365
Everything stays in your Azure and Microsoft 365 tenant — no third-party cloud, no vendor access. Sign in with Entra ID; server-side role-based access and a PII filter that walls custodians off from requestor identity. Deploy the Azure backend from a one-click ARM template, then add this web part and the Teams app.
To use this app, you need an active AccessPoint subscription deployed in your Azure tenant.
Getting started instructions
1. Subscribe to a plan and deploy AccessPoint to your Azure subscription using the provided ARM template and deployment script.
2. Install the AccessPoint app package in your SharePoint App Catalog.
3. Add the AccessPoint web part to a SharePoint page.
4. The first user to access AccessPoint is automatically granted administrator roles.
5. Open Settings to import a configuration pack for your jurisdiction, configure your notification mailbox, and invite your team.
