Merchant QBR AutoPilot

Merchant QBR AutoPilot automates quarterly business review preparation for merchant account managers — across many accounts at once, from your own data, inside Microsoft 365.

QBR season is repetitive work: one export, dozens of accounts, and the same review rebuilt for each of them. This agent takes the export you already produce and turns it into review-ready scorecards in minutes.

What you get:

• Executive QBR scorecards for multiple merchant accounts in a single run.
• A performance read on the metrics that matter in payments: transaction volume, authorization rate, top decline reason, chargeback rate, interchange downgrade, and loyalty spend lift.
• An executive summary, supporting insights, and three recommended actions for every account.
• A PowerPoint scorecard per account, ready to present.
• A draft follow-up email for Outlook — for a single account or for the whole batch.
• Everything organized in one OneDrive folder per run, with an index listing every account and its status, plus a ZIP bundle if you want the full set in one download.
• Clear per-account status. If one row in your file has a problem, the rest still complete, and the index tells you exactly which accounts need attention and why.

How it works:

1. Point the agent at a CSV or TSV file in your OneDrive, or paste your data directly.
2. Ask for a scorecard for one merchant, several, or every merchant in the file.
3. Review the results in chat, then save the set to an organized OneDrive workspace.
4. Ask for a follow-up email draft when you are ready to send.

Also included, using bundled sample content:

• Executive QBR Deck Preview — a multi-page executive deck built from a sample workbook.
• Change detection — compares matched reporting periods and identifies material changes in volume, authorization performance, acceptance cost, disputes, and refunds.
• Meeting follow-up capture — turns sample QBR meeting notes into decisions, commitments, actions, owners, due dates, a next-review date, and a draft follow-up email, saved as readable Markdown and structured JSON.

These three run on bundled sample data so you can see the output format. They do not yet accept your own files. Scorecard generation, described above, works on your data today.

Merchant account managers, customer success managers, partner managers, and business operations teams that run recurring customer and portfolio reviews.

Prerequisites:

An authenticated Microsoft 365 work or school account with OneDrive. No separate account or sign-up is required.

Installation note:

Your organization may require IT administrator approval before the app can be added. Permissions and data:

The app uses delegated Microsoft Graph Files.ReadWrite permission on behalf of the signed-in user. This allows it to search and read selected QBR data files in the user's OneDrive and, only after explicit confirmation, create or update QBR workspace artifacts there. The app does not request access to email or calendars, does not request Files.ReadWrite.All, and does not use application-level file permissions.
