Sonar is an AI-powered due diligence platform designed for Limited Partners (LPs) that accelerates the analysis of virtual data rooms and investment documents when evaluating fund commitments. It enables LP analysts to ingest data from multiple sources (Dropbox, SharePoint, SEC filings), then leverages AI to automatically surface key insights, flag inconsistencies, and answer natural language questions about funds and sponsors. The platform combines document management, conversational AI chat, automated report generation, and collaborative workflows to make LP due diligence significantly more efficient.
