Loyalty Manager Copilot AI helps loyalty teams spot at-risk members, understand Dynamics 365 Commerce and Shopify loyalty performance, and act from the same Microsoft 365 Copilot conversation. Issue a reviewed win-back points reward to a configured sample-store customer, generate executive PowerPoint reports, save them in your Microsoft 365 workspace, and share results in Microsoft Teams.

What you can do

• Issue a reviewed win-back reward — Choose a configured customer in the Custom Agentic Commerce sample store, review and confirm a 100, 250, or 500 point reward, and receive a transaction ID and updated balance. Other stores must install the StabileRewards Shopify app and are not enabled for issuance in this release.
• Run three guided Shopify analyses — Find revenue leaks, prioritize at-risk members, or diagnose an underperforming campaign using built-in sample data, uploaded CSVs, or Shopify exports in OneDrive.
• Generate a Dynamics 365 Commerce executive PowerPoint — Turn member and transaction exports into a boardroom-ready PPTX with KPIs, benchmark context, and leadership takeaways, or use the included sample path.
• Save reports to your Microsoft 365 workspace — Store a generated PowerPoint in the app’s dedicated OneDrive folder with shortcuts to the report and workspace.
• Share a report in Teams — After you confirm the recipient, grant view-only access and send a Teams card with an Open PowerPoint button.
• Shape the roadmap — Submit feedback or feature ideas and receive a record of what was captured.

Permissions and data

This app requests the Microsoft 365 identity and messageTeamMembers permissions. Sample and uploaded-file analysis, report generation, and the sample-store reward workflow work without Microsoft 365 sign-in. Reading exports from OneDrive, saving reports, and sharing in Teams are optional and request sign-in and consent when used.

Reward issuance sends the selected configured customer key and points amount through the publisher’s secure Azure service to the authenticated StabileRewards service. It requires explicit confirmation before the balance changes. With consent, the app saves only reports it created to its dedicated OneDrive folder and sends share messages from your account in one-to-one Teams chats. It cannot read your email or calendar.

Uploaded CSV metrics are processed by the publisher’s secure Azure service. Feedback you submit is stored so the team can act on it. See the privacy policy for details.
